Return of goods / money
All products are subject to a 14-day return period, i.e. you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
The original packaging must not be broken or otherwise damaged. Goods with damaged packaging will not be accepted back unless they are faulty. If you have received damaged packaging, you must contact us immediately on the same day to inform us that you have received the damaged packaging, otherwise you are deemed to have received the goods in the correct packaging.

We will inform you of the specific return action by email. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Lithuania, it may take longer than expected for the goods to be sent back.

Defects and Problems
When you receive your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong product so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Replacement
If you wish to exchange your goods for another, please contact us by email.
Refund Policy
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the return has been approved. If the return is approved, you will be automatically refunded within 10 working days using the original method of payment made on your order. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
