1. The deadline for dispatching an order is 5-14 days.

1.1 Delivery time is 15-21 days.In case of delivery problems, the Shop undertakes to find the best solution with the Customer.

2. The Customer undertakes to pay attention to the delivery period and to contact the Shop only if 24 hours have elapsed after the delivery period.

3. The Customer undertakes to specify the place of delivery and the person who will receive the goods when ordering the goods.

4. The Customer undertakes to collect the goods himself. In the event that the Customer is unable to accept the goods himself, and the goods have been delivered to the specified address and on the basis of other data provided by the Customer, the Customer shall not be entitled to claim against the Store for delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.

5. The Customer shall be obliged to provide an identity document and a copy of the order if he/she chooses to collect the goods at the Company’s headquarters at the time of ordering, if such a method of collection is provided. The Shop undertakes to call the Customer when the goods are ready.

6. Goods ordered from the Shop shall be delivered as follows:

6.1. by courier or, if no one is at home, left at the post office.
